In 2004, Linda Clarke founded and then built Power Partners Consulting, Inc. (PPC), a women-owned consultancy firm that provides comprehensive consulting services for large scale IT transformation initiatives. PPC combines managerial expertise, portfolio/program/project management expertise, technical capabilities, and common-sense business knowledge. 

PPC provides highly complex program and project leadership and design to clients for software implementations, power system operations, market operations, regulatory audits, system planning, demand-side response, and market settlements. In addition, we develop process maps, operating procedures, training materials and reference documents to facilitate the implementation of new tools and systems.

Linda has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Maryland, an MBA from Villanova University, and is PMP-certified.
